A Land of Limitations

In a country like Yugoslavia, restricted by sanctions and limited by a lack of technological innovation, my dreams as a young architect were confined by a concrete ceiling. Fueled by aspirations to work with global real estate developers and architectural studios, I realized that the traditional path was blocked.

So, I chose to venture into the relatively uncharted territory of 3D modeling—a decision met with skepticism from traditional architectural circles in 1999-2000.

A Pioneering Leap, Fueled by a Single Computer

My mother, my life's true mentor, invested her last savings in a computer that would eventually become the linchpin of my digital endeavors. Starting with photorealistic architectural renders to help property developers visualize their dreams, my team and I didn’t stop there.

Our 3D journey evolved into creating comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that relied on storytelling, connecting potential homebuyers to spaces that didn't yet exist

Over 23 years Our products allow many real estate professionals to create powerful storytelling that makes a deeper connection between buyers and development on an emotional level.

Result :

• More than 10,000 projects completed and

• 100 000 renders produced for property positioning and marketing presentations;

• more than 300 hours of animated movies;

• Design & development of more than 20 Virtual reality solutions for property developers and architects;

• Development of sales and marketing strategies in 5 sales centers

• countless sales trainings with real estate agents about how to sell experience / not spaces.

The industry started to notice when we showcased not just buildings, but possibilities—employing new tech to offer potential buyers a 'walk-through' of their future homes. While it was a win for technology, it was also a win for psychology, building an emotional bridge between customers and properties.

This publication is a beacon for real estate agents who want to get ahead of the curve, delivering game-changing insights directly to the community every week and capturing as my leads as possible.
